  • Overview

    We are a rapidly growing, successful outdoor clothing and equipment retailer with over 360 stores across the UK and internationally. We sell products for hiking, travelling, skiing, camping, cycling and many more outdoor activities.               

    What you'll be doing

    • Managing the CEO and Executive Team's international travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation and itineraries
    • Supporting the Head Office and the CEO in the organisation and administration of their projects
    • Organising and facilitating meetings and conference calls, including taking minutes if required to do so
    • Effectively working across a number of teams and functions to ensure a high calibre of administrative support
    • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, phone calls and enquiries
    • Stakeholder management of internal and external customers, ie., staff, suppliers, customers and clients
    • Collating relevant documentation ahead of meetings, presentations and conferences
    • Organising events and conferences
    • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence using the Microsoft office suite
    • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
    • Assisting with projects being worked on by researching or writing reports

    What you will need is:

    • Excellent ability to multitask and react to ever changing and completing priorities and demands on your time
    • Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
    • Bullet-proof in terms of confidentiality; able to handle confidential information
    • High levels of tact, diplomacy and discretion
    • Has the ability to flex hours to meet needs of the role when occasionally required to work outside normal hours of work

    We would love to meet someone with

    • At least 5 years’ experience working as a PA
    • Strong stakeholder management experience at various levels across the business
    • Exceptional organisational skills and be able to multi-task
    • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
    • The ability to remain calm and professional at all times
    • Strong work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude
    • Passionate about working in a fast paced, continually expanding environment
