First class logistics are essential to support the scale and growth of both our online and retail business. We are looking for the right individual to join us as a Supply Chain Executive, responsible for ensuring products arrive timely both for stores and customers - delivering the best service for the best value. Gaining exposure to all aspects of the business, the person will thrive in a fast-paced environment as a keen communicator with a can do attitude.

    What you'll be doing

      • Review carrier data to track store replenishment deliveries, communicating any delays to stores and Area Managers and resolving delivery issues with carriers.
      • Liaise with Buyers on warehouse intake, monitoring supplier compliance globally across 5 warehouses, and raising intake issues with warehouses.
      • Produce supply chain reporting to periodically evaluate carrier performance for service improvements
      • Identify recurrences of delivery/warehouse errors and instigate corrective action, communicating to relevant departments
      • Perform ad hoc fulfilment requests
      • Report on store feedback regarding deliveries and carrier performance
      • Ownership of central supply chain inbox and delegating tasks to team members
      • Support delivery of supply chain projects

    eCommerce Responsibilities

    • Approve invoices and request credit for service failures
    • Procure and manage supply chain consumables
    • Update carrier details and costs within systems
    • Generate reports to track supplier performance
    • Supporting customer services with ad hoc customer requests

    We would love to meet someone with

    • Well organised, ability to manage multiple projects and able to prioritise your workload accordingly
    • Strong attention to detail and commercial sense
    • Excellent communication skills and an ability to interact at all levels of the business
    • Experience of eCommerce and/or Retail operations is preferable but not required
    • Practice using several systems to manipulate data
    • Ability to work between multiple systems to manipulate data
    • Comfortable adapting to changing operational processes
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Moderate understanding of supply chain operations
    • Strong analytical skills
