  • Overview

    We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our fast-growing business in our London head office. You will be supporting both the Retail (70%) and Head Office (30%) Talent teams in the sourcing, mapping and recruitment of top talent to support the continued and projected growth of the business. The role is predominately administrative to start but with the possibility that if there is capacity, you can become far more involved in direct recruitment.

    What you'll be doing

    • The majority of your time initially will be generating employment contracts & offer packs. In our retail team, this volume is substantial.
    • Ensuring recruitment process is followed at all times.
    • Placing job ads on external job boards and monitoring application quality.
    • Scheduling interviews and assisting with ad hoc recruiting and HR projects.
    • Plan and organise on-site & telephone interviews, coordinate internal diaries and interview rooms.
    • Finding and interacting with new candidates at the first stage of their journey.
    • Ensuring all systems are up to date and information entered is 100% accurate.
    • Tracking pipeline activity and keeping our ATS up-to-date.
    • Obtaining reference checks and carrying out DBS checks where relevant.
    • Supporting a team of 3 Recruiters within a fast paced environment.
    • Maintaining accurate data on Excel spreadsheets and compiling a weekly resourcing report.
    • Ad hoc duties / general data admin and paperwork as needed. 

    We would love to meet someone with

    • 6 months – 1 year Recruitment Admin / Resourcing experience.
    • Attention to detail and well organised.
    • Confident telephone manner and candidate facing etiquette.
    • Advanced software skills with all Microsoft packages Word, Excel, Outlook.
    • Previous exposure to an interactive environment with direct candidate contact.
    • High levels of energy, enthusiasm and drive to achieve.
    • Team player and a confident communicator at all levels.
    • Able to use initiative and a high ambiguity tolerance.
