  • Overview

    This role would be best suited to a recent graduate with a keen interest in Marketing. Reporting to the CRM Executive you will get the chance to work across a variety of channels from email creation, catalogue planning and print advertising. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their career and expand their knowledge as the company continues its rapid growth.

    What you'll be doing

    • Support the design process for catalogue, direct mail and media campaigns
    • Work with external suppliers such as printers and postal providers to deliver the catalogue on time and on budget
    • Manage the design and scheduling process for UK/International Emails
    • Use a data driven approach to make commercial decisions on product selection for campaigns
    • Take ownership of the testing of DM and use results to optimise future activity
    • Compile reporting on key metrics with a focus on overall profitability
    • Support multichannel print campaigns
    • Liaise with the wider online team to update and manage the promotional calendar

    We would love to meet someone with

    • Direct marketing experience is desirable, but not essential
    • A degree in marketing, business, communications or a relevant subject is preferred
    • Passionate about analysing results and motivated by driving success in the form of revenue and profit
    • Experience in using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel desirable
    • Adept at managing multiple concurrent projects and able to prioritise your workload accordingly
    • Pro-active ‘do-er’, keen to roll your sleeves up and make big difference as part of our fantastic team
