  • Overview

    Reporting into the Assistant Merchandiser you analyse and effectively ensure that stock level per sku are set correctly to meet sales demand, potential availability for stores and online, whilst minimising overstocks and maximising profits. 

     

    This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing business and Merchandising Team. The position is full time permanent.

    What you'll be doing

    1.Reports

    • Creating and updates weekly reports on sales by product, analysing the data to make commercial decisions

    2.DC Point of contact

    • Managing intake issues and DC queries and highlighting them to the wider team

    3.Promotions

    • Understanding the promotional calendar, updating and keeping up to date all relevant reports and highlighting any issues to the line manager

    4.Pricing and Promotional Activity

    • Understands company pricing process, implementing weekly regional price changes for promotions, MD and lines on/off P.E
    • Works across functions to manage the promotional critical path and keeps trackers accurate and up to date
    • Product information and pricing is reviewed on VM guidelines and Promotional Bulletins, with any changes communicated

    5.Updating PTS report on a daily basis and communicate with Torque.

    6.Housekeeping of company documentations such as line lists.

    7.Supporting team for all other ad hoc tasks such as checking orders or suppliers communication.

    • Knowledge of store operations / retail experience/ web operations/ supply chain
