    Based at our head office in Victoria, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple key roles within the department giving you a solid foundation in all things digital. By the time the rotation ends after an 18 month period, you’ll understand exactly how Mountain Warehouse works, and you’ll have the skills and knowledge to build a successful future with us.

    What you'll be doing

    • Planning and executing campaigns across all key teams including Email/CRM, Digital marketing (search engine marketing, affiliates, programmatic), international and marketplaces
    • Analysis results and developing a data led approach to appraising performance
    • Working closely with the team managers to develop strategy at a country level
    • Helping compile business opportunity cases and new market analyses
    • Researching and reporting on outdoor retail consumer trends

    We would love to meet someone with

    • A minimum of a 2:1 in Marketing, Business or relevant degree
    • A passion for Ecommerce and digital marketing
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and high attention to detail
    • Good team working skills with the ability to prioritise workload
    • A genuine interest in a retail Ecommerce career
    • Creativity and willingness to challenge
    • A European language is desirable
