Part of the People Team and Reporting into the Learning & Development Manager you will deliver an excellent L&D service to our Retail Employees and Store Managers. This role is field based with time in our London office as needed. The ideal candidate will have held a Store Manger position for an outdoor retailer.
An excellent facilitator and learning designer who role models our Brand Values in everything they do. The right candidate approaches the role from a brand level perspective – considering not just the UK but the wider international business. Ensures the entire learning cycle is completed – from scoping/creation to review. Our L&D Advisor will also support with running the learning inbox, answering queries from our retail team.
