  • Overview

    Delivers sales, profit, and availability KPIs through identifying and coordinating UK and International territory trading opportunities, for shops and  eComm.

    Ensures that stores are graded optimally,  retail space is potentialised, and that shops receive products in line with their market requirements

    What you'll be doing

    Planning

    • Leads team to deliver best possible seasonal and store planning processes and results
    • Ensures Branch Planning team grades in line with space and turnover, communicating effectively, making sure that space reflects assortment strategy and local market requirements
    • Drives density by focussing on the profit that space delivers, identifying opportunities and communicating effectively with key stakeholders
    • Maximises profit of new stores thru optimal availability and assortment

    Trading

    • Potentialises territory profit and performance by delivering optimal availability, appropriate stock levels, and that assortment matches market requirement
    • Realises web performance potential for each region by ensuring stock and availability Is appropriate for region

    Territory Management

    • Leads team to ensure that market opportunities are identified and seized
    • Acts as key stakeholder in communicating territory requirements to other functions, understanding priorities of each market

    Manages Self and Others

    • Leads by example, is a role model within Merchandising and MW team
    • Develops, coaches and supports team members to fulfil their potential

    Effective Communication & Leadership

    • Store visits
    • Communicates accurately and clearly with the relevant amount of information, identifying concerns solutions
    • Develops effective relationships with key stakeholders
