    The Visual Merchandising team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced in-store visual merchandiser looking for their next steps in to Head Office.


    The VM team deliver on the visual aesthetics of how Mountain Warehouse, and our new Neon Sheep brand should look and feel across our 306 stores. We put the right product, in the right place, at the right time - looking at its best!

    What you'll be doing

    The successful candidate will be providing the tools and guidelines for all stores to reflect the Mountain Warehouse vision in a variety of retail landscapes, across 3 retail formats in U.K. Europe and North America and now New Zealand. You will possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a can do and hands on attitude.

    • Creating weekly and seasonal guidelines for stores across all markets and formats including window and instore layouts.
    • Trialling and testing promotional materials for window campaigns
    • Trailing and testing new fixtures and creating guidelines for them.
    • Coaching and training store staff to assist in delivering the brand visual vision in stores.
    • Liaising with all retail business departments from promotions, retail operations to buying and merchandising teams.
    • Store visits
    • Participating and potentially leading store openings.

    We would love to meet someone with

    • Someone with V.M. experience, preferably in face paced either senior instore VM. or head office based.
    • Driven, Can Do Attitude, professional approach and well presented.
    • Outdoor clothing experience is a benefit but not essential.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and Photoshop.
    • Be prepared to travel overnight.
